Items purchased from ToyTitans.com may be
returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of
shipment. Returns must meet the requirements noted below.
Rules to Return
- Toy Titans must be notified of return
within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- All returns must be in the
original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were
received. Products which have been opened, tampered with, or altered are
not eligible for return.
- If the return was a result of
an error by Toy Titans, we will accept responsibility for all shipping
costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item please
use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.
- In the event the return is *not*
the result of an error by Toy Titans, the buyer accepts full
responsibility for all shipping costs, in addition to a 10% re-stocking fee,
deducted from the refund.

Special Exceptions
- Toy Titan Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong
item, let our team know immediately and we will gladly send the correct
item in exchange, if possible, at no additional cost to you.
- Defective Products: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for
a replacement.
- Shipping Damage: If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as
soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your
claim, please email customerservice@toytitans.com with photographs of the
package and damaged contents.
